Located in the heart of des Mercadal, this small cozy restaurant offers homemade cuisine to share. Traditional dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, invite you to enjoy authentic flavors in a warm and familiar atmosphere. The friendly and attentive staff make each visit a memorable experience.

Our gastronomic proposal

In 1989, Andrés Calviño arrived on the island from a very small village in Galicia, his homeland. Years ago he worked in various places in Galicia and the Canary Islands as a cook, and came to the island of Menorca to continue practicing his profession. From that moment he fell in love with the land, its people and Menorcan gastronomy. After visiting some restaurants, he took the big step of opening a small restaurant in the center of the island, with the aim of doing what he likes most: giving people a good time while they taste traditional dishes.​

The gastronomic proposal of its restaurant focuses on dishes to share, offering a variety of flavors and textures that represent the rich culinary heritage of Menorca and Galicia. The menu includes a selection of tapas made with fresh and local products, based on traditional recipes so that diners return to grandma's house savoring the different dishes. Likewise, Andrés places special emphasis on the quality of the ingredients and the atmosphere in the restaurant, creating a unique gastronomic experience so that his diners feel at home.
